Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns for Refunds
Most items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be in their original condition this means they cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged or used in any way. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non refundable "this includes any promotional (free shipping) offers". The restocking fee is waived for exchanges of equal or similar value.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on customized, hand-painted or made to the order products "e.g., color, finish, dimensions, upholstery etc.". Some items are special ordered from the manufacturer and are treated as customized products. These items will clearly state this policy on their product page.

Certain items are non-returnable and will be marked as such on the product page. Please note that item specific policies take precedence over our general return and exchange policy.

Return Authorization

 for complete return instructions. You must obtain and include a return form with your shipment. Returns submitted without the required form may take longer to process or may be rejected. Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

If you received free promotional shipping the actual shipping cost "varies by item" will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Items for an Exchange

The full merchandise value of your return will be applied toward your exchange.

No restocking fee applies.

Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item(s).

Example: If you return a $100.00 item and exchange it for an item of lesser or greater value the difference will be calculated and applicable shipping charges will be added. You will either receive a refund for the difference or be billed for the remaining balance.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please retain all shipping materials "boxes and packing materials" and contact us immediately at support@wrestlegears.com
A customer service specialist will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Additional Information

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order error is on our part we will work with you to correct it promptly. Please note that all exchanges will require a new shipping fee.

Refused Packages
Do not refuse delivery of your package. Refused packages result in return shipping fees which will be deducted from your refund.
