Thank you for shopping at Wrestle Gears. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before requesting a return.
Returns for Refunds
Most items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Returned items must not be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, altered, or used in any way.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including promotional or free shipping offers. If your order received free promotional shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
The 15% restocking fee is waived for exchanges of equal or similar value. The full merchandise value of your returned item will be applied toward your exchange.
Standard shipping charges will apply for the new exchanged item.
If the replacement item is of lesser or greater value, the price difference will be calculated. You will either receive a refund for the difference or be billed for the remaining balance.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on customized, hand-painted, made-to-order, or special-order products. This may include items customized by color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, or other custom options.
Some items may be special ordered from the manufacturer and will be treated as customized products. These items will clearly state this policy on their product page.
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page. Product-specific return policies take priority over this general return and exchange policy.
Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, please contact us for return instructions.
You must obtain and include the required return form with your shipment. Returns sent without the required return form may take longer to process or may be rejected.
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Please keep all original shipping materials, including boxes and packing materials, so we can properly review the issue and assist you with the correct resolution.
Refused Packages
Please do not refuse delivery of your package.
Refused packages may result in return shipping fees. Any return shipping fees caused by a refused package may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All exchanges require a new shipping fee.
